Mood altering drugs include: Nicotin, Alcohol and Narcotics,. These drugs can cause individuals to continue their chemical dependency behavior while expecting a different outcome after each use. Eligibility Process, funding for individuals seeking chemical dependency services is available through the Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Fund (CCDTF). Eligibility for this funding is determined by income and family size. An individual can access these funds by contacting Morrison County MN Social Services and requesting a Rule 25 Chemical Use Assessment. The Rule 25 Assessment will determine an individual’s level of chemical dependency and recommend an appropriate level of care. Chemical Use Assessments are available to both voluntary and court-ordered individuals. Court ordered individuals MAY be assessed a fee for their assessment.
